Urban landscape: Decorative paintings of cities
Urban paintings in oil have been another of my weaknesses in recent years. From paintings of cities like Barcelona, my hometown, a city with so many surprises, to paintings of the enigmatic Prague, through Parisian oil paintings, Venice or paintings of Amsterdam. I have also often depicted cities at night in my paintings, those quiet and pleasant moments in the street, with the only light of the street lamps, inspire me a lot to depict them again.
Urban painting Prints
If the painting you like is sold, in this section you will also find city prints. This section is expanding and includes prints of cities of the world, as you will find reproductions of paintings of Istanbul, Marrakech or Indian cities.
As reproductions you can find some old Barcelona skyline paintings, and many prints or reproductions of oil paintings of Venice, for me one of the most beautiful and inspiring cities I have ever visited. Paintings of Venice and its canals in a style somewhere between impressionism and realism have been a constant since I returned to oil painting.
